The World Trade Center

About The Project
This piece is a quiet homage to the original World Trade Center — a moment in time captured before September 11, when the Twin Towers stood as icons of ambition and skyline poetry. The plaza’s geometry and the reflective pools evoke both the optimism of late-20th-century New York and the everyday rhythms of commuters passing through glass and steel canyons. Light plays gently off the office windows, suggesting lives in motion, while the surrounding city hums with possibility. The composition blends architectural reverence with a warm, almost nostalgic color treatment, inviting the viewer to remember not just the towers themselves but the human stories woven into their presence.
